“Avobetter” Avocado Oil Spread has been created using a unique formulation using Perseus avocado oil and other healthy plant fats, such as cocoa and shea, as the main ingredient.
It stands out for its emerald green colour and its smooth, delicate and fruity flavour with hints of avocado and nuts.
It is the ideal substitute for butter or margarine.
It is one of the healthiest spreadable fats that exist, since it does not have any type of additive, preservative or colouring.
Due to its versatility, it is perfect to enjoy raw on toast, as well as salty or sweet pintxos. It is also ideal for cooking meat and fish; and prepare delicious desserts.
